During this time of uncertainty, we remain committed to serving you to the best of our ability. The COVID-19 outbreak has thrown New York City into uncharted waters and we need to adapt to the ever-changing social and economic landscapes.
For the safety of our customers and our technicians we are temporarily making the following changes:
- We will be reducing the number of technicians in the shop at a given time.
- Additionally, we will be temporarily adjusting our weekday hours (7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday)
- No changes will be made to our Saturday hours. (8:00am - 3:00pm)
- While we normally accept vehicles on a wait basis we ask your patience, we will be serving you at the counter one at a time
- We will temporarily be closing on Sundays.
All keys, steering wheels and door handles will be thoroughly cleaned and wiped off before we take your vehicle into service and after we finish working on your vehicle.
We are committed to remain open for our customers. We realize that some of these changes will extend service time. We appreciate your understanding as we all navigate these times together.
